Jade is an ocean activist. She became the Founder and CEO of Oceano Reddentes NPC meaning ‘the ocean revives’ at the age of 12. Her vision is to save a fish’s home and build a home for a homeless person. Her mission; “saving the sea one piece of plastic at a time.” She hosts monthly beach cleanups with data capturing and recycling. She is working with Stellenbosch University to fire test the eco bricks with natural building materials, such as clay, lime, and hemp. When completed, she will seek planning permission to build the first approved eco-brick house in South Africa.
