Through her startup, Libe Green Innovation she has employed waste pickers about 100 waste pickers in her factory but also women and youths to work with her in recycling. But also, she has been a font line in emphasizing the use of paper bags and she started the initiative of empowering women in making the paper bags about 256 women benefited in this initiative, but also through her Trash fashion show initiative she has managed to create awareness on environmental conservation through online platform and her work has been covered by DW and Rosa-lux stiftung Foundation in Tanzania.
