Brown Olive Project
Mary Wanjiku is the founder of the Brown Olive project. The project is dedicated to environmental conservation through planting indigenous Brown Olive trees which are almost facing extinction. She either collects or buys the seeds (which are quite expensive), plants them, natures the seedlings and after they are mature enough she visits community members and learning institutions across the country, donates the seedlings and teaches them how to nature the trees.
