Tiana has been involved in biodiversity conservation for the past decade. As she took the position of executive director in 2018, she ensures that Fanamby continues to be a groundbreaking organization that does trailblazing work in Madagascar and around the world–that the impacts go beyond conservation gains to ensure even more that women and children, and marginalized rural communities, are direct beneficiaries of the livelihood work done in partnership with private sector partners.
