Tiwa has been involved in several sensitization campaigns in villages around protected Areas on the importance of biodiversity conservation; alongside environmental education for schools in Cameroon. She has taken part in several research activities as field research assistant 2018 and has carried out a hunter’s survey in villages around Ebo’o Forest to mitigate hunting and convert hunters to alternative livelihood such as bee farming and mushroom production beneficiaries were later trained by Sekakoh 2019.
