Makene Ngoroma is game warden in Mikumi town ship authority working under local government Kilosa district council. He has rescued nine endangered pangolins from different villages which the animal was likely to go in wildlife trafficking or killed for scales. His conservation duty has brought to the sanitizing of bush meat poachers to be waste Pickers on 50 km tarmac road cross Mikumi National Park. He has also able to initiate an eco-tourism enterprise for the community to conserve and benefit through responsible tourism.
